As a birth doula, dancer, and writer, Ashley is passionate about ensuring no one walks the path to parenthood alone. She believes that a positive birth experience begins with feeling safe, respected, and thoroughly prepared. While she loves supporting all families, she has a special heart for guiding first-time parents as they take their first steps into parenthood.
Ashley’s lifelong training as a dancer gives her a deep, instinctual understanding of physical anatomy and somatic awareness. In the birth room, this translates into a powerful ability to read body language, suggest comfort measures that work with the body's natural physiology, and maintain a grounded, steady presence.
Outside of birth work, Ashley channels her creativity into writing and aerial silks, and loves nothing more than relaxing with her husband and her child. She can’t wait to join your birth team and help you cultivate the empowered birth experience you deserve!
