Meditations Tracks - Twelve pregnancy/birth meditations to help prepare your mind for the journey of labor and birth sent directly to your email for you to access as you choose
Preparing for Birth is also available as a private class ($200) and is included in all Deluxe Doula bookings. This class is available to anyone, regardless of care provider or where you choose to have your baby.

Yes, we know that some hospital courses are free….but the adage of getting what you pay for is often true - especially if you are planning a birth that looks different than what most people are doing. Our goal is to prepare you for the birth you want so you can feel cared for and supported in your choices.
