My approach centers on listening & holding space for both you and your birth partner with compassion, guidance, and unwavering support. I will help you thoroughly explore all your available options, ensuring you feel confident and fully prepared for the experience ahead. My support is tailored to fit your specific vision, whether you plan to birth under midwifery care, or within a hospital setting. My heart's ultimate intention is for you to feel nurtured, empowered, truly heard and seen.

Shinobu has been the best postpartum doulat! She supported me and my family for 6 months. She tenderly cared for my newborn and was so kind and patient with my toddler. Every time she came to my house she made me feel like I could trust her with everything so I was able to rest and reset. She always asked what else she could do for me and was on top of everything.
