Megan Lewey
Certified Postpartum Doula
Megan is a certified postpartum doula with three years of experience in maternal care and women’s health. She’s also a mom of two teenagers, giving her real perspective on both the newborn phase and the journey of parenthood.
She works in an OB/GYN office and has always felt drawn to healthcare, with an early dream of becoming a labor and delivery nurse. After a career ending collegiate volleyball injury, Megan became a young mother and built a career in real estate. She believes that experience shaped her calm, intuitive, people-first approach to postpartum care.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys working out and prioritizing wellness as a way to stay grounded. Her goal is to provide safe, compassionate support so parents feel confident, cared for, and not alone as they settle into life with a new baby.
“Megan was the calm, steady presence we desperately needed. She did more than care for our baby; she made us feel secure in a difficult time. We could not have made it through the early days without her!”
“As first-time parents, we were completely overwhelmed when we brought our son home. Megan was the calm in our storm. She helped us find our rhythm without ever making us feel judged. If you want to feel confident and actually get some sleep, hire Megan!”
“I had a rough postpartum experience with my first, so I knew I needed better support this time around. Megan was incredible. She helped me navigate the toddler and newborn chaos and knew exactly what I needed before I even asked—whether it was a snack, a nap, or just someone to listen.”
“There is a calm that Megan brings into a home. She is professional and organized. When our house felt like a disaster zone, she moved through it with peace, handling the baby and the household tasks so I could breathe. She made me feel like I wasn't alone in those hard early weeks.”
“I struggled with feeling grounded after my daughter was born. She encouraged me to prioritize my mental and physical health in a way that felt sustainable. Hiring Megan and her helping me maintain my sleep was probably the best thing I did for a better postpartum.”
