Certified Postpartum Doula

Neila is a certified postpartum doula and certified holistic nutritionist who offers a grounded blend of traditional wisdom, holistic understanding, and heartfelt emotional intelligence to the families she works with.

With a background in Holistic Nutrition, Ayurveda, trauma-informed care, and early childhood behavioral intervention, Neila offers compassionate support that honors each family’s individual needs, values, and lived experiences. Her work is rooted in respect, ritual, and the Indigenous wisdom of her Lakota heritage—including the belief that caring for women and children is a sacred responsibility that ripples forward for generations.

A mother herself, Neila understands both the tenderness and transformation that come with postpartum life. She’s known for her intuitive presence, proactive care, and ability to bring steadiness and reassurance when it's needed most. Whether guiding families through nutritional recovery or simply offering a reliable, caring presence, she shows up with intention, integrity, and genuine compassion.

Outside of work, Neila is a passionate learner and a lifelong artist. She enjoys painting, photography, cooking, filming and editing videos, and spending time with her husband, teenage son and their rescue pittie, Gracie. You might also find her indulging in cake and a little reality TV after a long day of supporting families—because balance matters, too.
