Hi, I’m Paige. I believe birth is sacred and worthy of safekeeping, and I carry that responsibility with calm strength, intuitive care, and a deep sense of calling. As a doula, I walk alongside women and their partners, offering knowledge, encouragement, and steady support so they can approach birth feeling prepared and confident. I have experienced four unmedicated births of my own—one in a birth center and three at home—which shaped my deep trust in the wisdom of the birthing body and the transformative power of the birth experience.
My approach is rooted in presence and preparation. I help families understand their options, ask informed questions, and create a birth environment where they feel safe and supported. During labor, I provide continuous emotional and physical support, helping mothers stay grounded and partners feel confident in their role.
I respect that every family’s path to birth looks different. Whether planning a hospital birth, birth center birth, or home birth, my goal is always the same—to help families feel informed, supported, and empowered as they welcome their baby. It is my prayer that every woman I serve feels seen, strengthened, and deeply cared for during one of life’s most meaningful transitions.
