Unprecedented times for sure, and certainly expecting families have been impacted during Covid times…perhaps more than most.
We have virtual and live options that offer affordable and safe choices for the support and education you need. Our virtual abilities are HIPAA compliant and we are in ongoing communication with local birthing facilities.
Doulas are currently able to attend births at the vast majority of hospitals in DFW. Not sure the current rules at your place of birth? Contact us and we can help.
We are providing in person (or as my kids say, IRL) birth and postpartum doula services as well as childbirth classes when possible following all CDC and local ordinances. You can read all about our birth doula services or look for our Covid specific services below.

Prepared Feeding - Online Breastfeeding Class
Breastfeeding instruction and advice streamed to you when you need it – and you can watch as often as you want!
Watch toward the end of your pregnancy and watch again once you baby arrives. It’s indexed so you can easily find the info that you need. Topics include baby’s first latch, pumping and safe bottle feeding, troubleshooting common problems, weaning and using a pump.

Virtual Doula
Birth is a vulnerable experience when you need support and guidance. We can be there for you. Our local hospitals have visitor restrictions, perhaps even partner restrictions. We are ready to support you with HIPAA compliant virtual doula support.
